Liner is divided into Ceramic Sleeve Liner, Double Metal Liner, Carburization & quenching Liner and Chrome-plated Liner
a.) Ceramic Sleeve Liner
Material of sleeve is Zirconia and its shell is 45#(ASTM1045)forged steel.

b). Double Metal Liner
Material for shell is forged steel pipe or seamless steel tube, 45#(ASTM1045). Normalizing hardness degree is 160BHN(HB180-200), percentage elongation 17%(δ>17%),tensile strength not less than 85000PSI(σb>610Mpa), Flexural Strength not less than 60000PSI(σb>450MPa)and shell with HP.
Sleeve material is high chrome centrifugal, which is chrome containing 26-28%, its thickness 0.25~0.35 inch (6.35 -8.89mm. its standard thickness is 7mm and special thickness reduced has 3 kinds, 4mm, 4.5mm & 5mm. Normally, it means standard thickness if there is no special explanation ), quenching hardness HRC59-67.

Some special chemical composition will be adopted to use on the sleeve according to the requirement of the client or special working conditions
c). High Frequency, Carburization & quenching Liner Material is 20#(ASTM1020)seamless steel tube or forged steel. The bore will be carburized first and then High Frequency quenching . The thickness of Carburized layer is more than 1.5mm and hardness of the bore is HRC58-62
d). Chrome-plated Liner
Material is 45#(ASTM1045)or 40Cr(ASTM5140)seamless steel tube or forged steel. Thickness of chrome plated is 0.15~0.2mm and hardness of Carburized layer is more than 1.5mm and hardness of the bore is HRC58-62
