Description:
Drilling Stabilizer is the important tools to prevent hole deviation for oil, gas and geological exploration and drilling. Stabilizer is widely used for angle building, drop angle, and hold angle, which is assembled on the drill stem to improve well hole quality and drilling speed, and to reduce drilling cost.
According to structure, it is divided into integral spiral stabilizer, straight integral blade stabilizer, roller stabilizer, replaceable sleeve stabilizer, and variable diameter stabilizer; According to assembled location, it is divided into near-bit type and string type. According to the form of hardbanding, it is divided into embedding and welding type. In the internation, hardbanding is unified as HF1000, HF2000, HF3000, HF4000, HF5000, HF6000, and HF7000, among which HF4000 is the traditional inlay alloy column hardbanding.
Integral spiral stabilizer is made of 4145H or 40CrMnMo steel, and the hardness is between 258-341HBW after heat processing. Its centering belt is spiral type, which provides a bigger well contact area and better stability. Standard: API Spec 7-1, NS-1 and DS-1.
